NBG 3/4” Barb Stainless Steel 316L
O2 Technologies’ proprietary and patent pending Nanobubble Generators set the industry standard for reliable and dependable nanobubble production. Constructed either high-grade stainless steel or durable schedule 80 PVC, our generators feature a modular design for seamless system integration and effortless maintenance.
At the core of each unit are dual 100 nm pore-size removable injectors, positioned within a turbulent mixing chamber. As water enters the chamber, it creates shear forces that strip ultra-fine bubbles from the injector surfaces—efficiently generating high volumes of stable nanobubbles.
With a focus on durability, reliability, and performance, our NBGs are trusted across industries for enhancing oxygen transfer, improving water quality, and supporting a wide range of biological and chemical processes.
O2 Technologies’ Nanobubble Generators are engineered for:
- High transfer efficiency >80% OTE
- Low operating pressure
- Long-term reliability
- Easy to remove, maintenance and replace nanobubble injectors

- Q: Can I remove the push to connect fittings and install a bard fitting or a flare fitting?
- A: Absolutely, titanium diffusers have a standard ¼” npt thread which will allow you to install any fitting of your choice with a matching thread. We recommend you use a soft jaw plier and only grip on the upper part of the diffuser where the O-ring is located. Remove the O-rings as required.
- Q: If I drop this diffuser on the ground, will it crack like ceramic units do?
- A: No, O2 Tech built these gas injectors out of titanium to prevent this failure. The material is very robust and can handle drops off tables, ladders and tanks. O2 Techs goal was to make these injectors last years.
- Q: Do diffusers require cleaning or maintenance?
- A: Over time, diffusers can accumulate organic buildup, which may reduce performance. Regular maintenance helps ensure optimal oxygen transfer and long-term reliability. We recommend keeping a spare set of diffusers on hand for quick change-outs during cleaning. To clean used diffusers, soak them in a bleach solution, chlorine solution, or vinegar to help remove organic material and disinfect the surface. After soaking, flushing or flowing compressed gas through the diffuser will help clear remaining buildup and restore performance.

- Q: I have very hard water — can diffusers still work effectively?
- A: Yes. Diffusers can operate in hard water environments; however, mineral deposits (such as calcium) may build up over time and reduce performance if not maintained. We recommend keeping a spare set of diffusers available for quick change-outs during routine cleaning. To remove calcium buildup, soak the diffuser in vinegar to dissolve mineral deposits. After soaking, flow compressed gas through the diffuser to help clear any remaining buildup and restore optimal performance.

- Q: I damaged one of my o-rings, how do I replace it.?
- A: Remove the O-ring and purchase a size -016 Buna-N O-ring from your local hardware store. If you cannot find one local, order from McMaster Carr – Part# 9452K6. Reach out to our support team if you need more help. Support@o2nanotech.com
